Product data & structure · review copy
Getting your product data right
This is a private working copy we use to get your product structure and the import spreadsheet (CSV) exactly right — the products, their options, prices and codes. It is not the website we are building for you. The real site is a separate build and will look different; the styling here is just a plain placeholder. This copy simply lets you confirm the products are modelled correctly and behave the way you approved, before we build the live site.
Reference — the agreed product journey
How “Configure & Request a Quote” will work
This shows the way products will be configured and quoted, so you can confirm the modelling is right (the real site’s look is separate). Choose your options and press Submit — you land on a results screen with the exact product codes and the exact price. Only combinations that actually exist can be selected. The two examples below show the richest version (a door with a side panel, and a tray with an optional grille upgrade); a fuller one‑of‑each‑type checklist follows so you can spot‑check every kind of product we have.
New — the photo follows your colour
The product image updates as you choose the finish
On every product with colour options, the main product photo now changes to the finish you pick — so what you see is always the colour you’re configuring. The two composite examples below show it best (each finish has its own photo); open either and change the colour to watch the main image update.
Left or right — shown as pictures
Choosing the door opening uses photos, not a dropdown
Doors that come in a left-hand and right-hand version let you pick the opening from two labelled photos of the actual door — so which way it hangs is obvious at a glance, rather than a “left/right” menu. Please look over the eight products that use it:
Products to check — one of each type
Your range is made up of a handful of different kinds of product, each modelled its own way. Rather than open all 110, here is one representative of every type. If you open each and its options, codes and prices look right, you have effectively checked the whole catalogue. (Open a product, pick the options, press Submit, and check the codes + price on the results screen.)
On any product with colour options, the main product photo updates to the finish you choose — so keep an eye on the main image as you pick a colour.
At a glance
of all product combinations can already be selected. The final ~4% are items that currently overlap and need one clarification from you — itemised on the Items needing your input page. Everything else on the product side is either done or in our hands.
Complete and working
- All your products are loaded — 110 products and 1,581 variations, with no import errors. Sizes, finishes, prices, weights and dimensions all in place.
- Grouped and named to match flairshowers.com — so a plain sliding door, a level-access door, and a door with side panels stay as separate products, just like your site.
- Proseal sealing strips — now one product with a Length choice (2.0m through 20.0m), each length its own price and code.
- “WC = White” colour fix applied — the one mislabelled item (AYO10MWR45WC) is corrected, here and in your source file.
- Verve bathscreens — kept as separate product pages, as you confirmed.
- Gemstone grille upgrade — now across the whole tray range. The optional, colour-matched metal grille is built the way you asked (a priced add-on with a hover label per colour, not a plain toggle) and is now offered on all three Gemstone trays (Rectangular, Square and Quadrant). It is defined once as a single reusable component, so a change to it updates every tray at once.
- Your “Configure & Request a Quote” journey is now live across the whole range — every product (110+) works this way: pick options → only valid combinations selectable → results screen with the exact codes and exact price. The two composite examples above (a door with side panel, a tray with grille) show the richest version.
- Product photos matched to the data. Every product is linked to its photo, and each colour has its own image, so we can confirm the images map to the right codes. Four could not be retrieved from your Dropbox links — noted below.
On us — next up
These are in our hands. A couple are ready to go the moment the matching item below arrives from you.
- Confirm which items are products vs add-ons and fold the wetroom spare parts into the Shower Tray range — ready once we have your answers + the brochure pages (see below).
- Apply your updated pricelist — we’ll load the final figures into the data in one pass when it arrives.
- Tidy the final ~4% of overlapping combinations once you have clarified them.
What we need from you
A handful of decisions are the only things holding up the finish line — each one unblocks a job above. The full, itemised list lives on its own page, grouped by topic with the exact product codes and a note on each. This is just the headline:
- The important one — products vs options. A few rows (Leg Kit, Shower Wastes, AYO Grill, ORO Inline Panel Kit) may be add-ons rather than standalone products — tell us which, and what they attach to.
- The ~4% overlapping combinations. Pairs that currently look identical on every option a customer can choose — tell us what sets each apart, or to merge them.
- Gemstone grille colours (which five of the six) plus a quick label fix.
- Pricing — your final rounded pricelist, and whether the figures are ex-VAT or inc-VAT.
- Four product photos to re-supply, and the Harmony brochure pages so we can scope the wetroom spare parts.
A few things worth knowing
- Prices are already per-option, not just “From”. Every size and finish carries its own price. A product page shows a “From” figure only before options are picked; on the results screen, once everything is chosen, it shows the exact price.
- Wetroom configurations. Your AYO wetrooms are shown as ready-made configurations, each a complete layout with its parts list, colours and price. The parts lists and colours were taken from your website (they are not in the spreadsheet) — please glance over a few and flag anything wrong.
- Corrections offer. If it is easier to fix colours and codes in your master spreadsheet and resend, we will rebuild from it so everything matches. We can also sweep for any white products whose codes do not end in “WC”.
How to look around
Check the product journey
- Open one of the two Configure & Request a Quote products linked at the top.
- Pick a colour and the sizes, then press Submit.
- Check the results screen — the product codes and price should match what you expect. (You’re checking the data, not the look.)
Check the full list at a glance
- Open Browse all products in a table from the top of this page.
- Search and filter to find any product, and read its code, colour, size and price in one row.
- Or download products.csv to open the same list in Excel.
Tell us what still needs a decision
- Open Items needing your input from the top of this page.
- It’s grouped by topic, each with a short note and the exact product codes affected.
- For each, just tell us the distinguishing option (or “merge these”) — a note against the code is plenty.
Please check both lists: the products we believe are already correct (the table above) and the items still needing your input. As you go, jot down anything that looks off, confusing or in the wrong place — every bit of feedback helps us get this right for you.
